Shipping & Delivery

Our items ship Monday-Friday except for holidays.  Usually items are sent out the next day after the purchase and depending where you live can take 3-10 business days to arrive to your door. Occasionally we must special order your item and delivery can be delayed by 1-2 weeks. You will be notified if this is the case.

Privacy & Security

At AussieDeals we provide state-of-the-art encryption technology to ensure that you feel safe shopping on our website. Customer information is never stored on our server, making it impossible to be caught in the wrong hands.  In processing a transaction, there is some standard personal information that we have to collect from our customers including full name, mailing address, email, telephone information, and credit card information, but have no fear!  We hate spam as much as you do!  We would never sell or otherwise distribute your information to anyone else.  We know that you provide that information in good faith, and we take that very seriously.  Our good name means more to us that providing other companies who wish to fill your inbox with spam with personal information about our customers.  We are not a fly-by-night company, here today and gone the next.  We have been selling retail items on the internet for almost ten years, and continuing to build a trusted name and reputation for ourselves is of the highest importance. 

Returns & Replacements

All items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund with item still being brand new and in box.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items.  Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer. Warranty Replacements: email us for any warranty claims and we will give a RMA # to attach to your Faulty Device. Warranty exchange normally takes 3-4 weeks. Refunds are not available for warranty claim items.
